Ingredients for 2 burgers:
Burgers:
250g of ground beef
25g of Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Extras:
1 tomato
sliced yellow cheese
lettuce
100g of bacon
2 eggs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the meat, parmesan, and spices, then form chops.
- Slice the tomato into thin slices.
- Fry the burgers for 5 minutes on each side in lard.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the burgers after they’ve been flipped.
- Heat the butter in a second pan and fry the bacon while preparing the fried eggs.
- Layer lettuce, cutlet, tomato, egg, and bacon in layers.
In this configuration, one burger contains only 3g of carbohydrates.
