Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 burgers:
Burgers:
250g of ground beef
25g of Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Extras:
1 tomato
sliced yellow cheese
lettuce
100g of bacon
2 eggs


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the meat, parmesan, and spices, then form chops.
  • Slice the tomato into thin slices.
  • Fry the burgers for 5 minutes on each side in lard.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top of the burgers after they’ve been flipped.
  • Heat the butter in a second pan and fry the bacon while preparing the fried eggs.
  • Layer lettuce, cutlet, tomato, egg, and bacon in layers.

In this configuration, one burger contains only 3g of carbohydrates.
