Crunchy chicken breast
Ingredients
150g chicken breast
75g grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg white
mix of lettuces (any)
4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of mustard
salt
pepper
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper after washing it and cutting it into strips.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg white and coat the chicken.
- Finely grated Parmesan cheese should be used to coat the chicken.
- Place the chicken on baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, or until golden brown.
- Prepare the salad.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mustard, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
- Place the chicken on top of the salad, then drizzle with the prepared sauce.
