Beef taco
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Stuffing:
500g of ground beef
1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of chilli
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 red onion
butter for frying
100ml of water
Taco:
10g of psyllium husk
60g of cream cheese
200g of grated mozzarella
80g of almond flour
Instructions
Stuffing:
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, paprika, chilli, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the onion
- Preheat the pan and butter the onion.
- Fry the meat, chopping it up as you go.
- When the meat begins to brown, add the spices and water (carefully, as the amount needed may vary depending on the meat), and mix thoroughly.
Taco:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Microwave the cheese until it is melted (or in the oven, in a casserole dish)
- Mix in the cream cheese thoroughly.
- Make the dough with the psyllium husk and almond flour.
- Form 4 patties on baking paper by dividing the mixture into 4 parts.
- Cook in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
