Chicken nuggets
Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 chicken breasts
50g of almond flour
5g psyllium husk
1 egg
pepper, salt, paprika
lard
Instructions
- Clean the chicken breasts and cut them into 4cm cubes on each side.
- In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the almond flour, psyllium husk, and spices.
- Break the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
- Melt the lard in a pan over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
